No, this isn't a rodent based drink with a squeeze of lime, it's Leam training in disguise!

I need to try out my Jefe, and so will be paddling down the Leam and up the Avon (sexual innuendo?) to Rock Mill weir on Wednesday afternoon.

We could do it as aerobic training. Sound gay? Ask the colonel, it's not easy!

If you are game, we'd be meeting outside the sports centre at 1500, with whatever type of boat you fancy there ready to load.

Not sure what the weir will be like, probably low, side-surfable with a gentle flow coming out for ferrying and back-endos!

G

P.S. Paddling in a straight line for long distances is good for practicing your forward technique, do it!

The only thing doggy about it is what I'm going to do to your mother in the following evening.

AvatarI think that on this occasion the dissertation will have to come first. Enjoy banana-boating bumpily between the bridges.
