I understand I am at liberty to make my own choices throughout the trip, as to whether or not I wish to partake in the activity offered.

However, I accept that if a river leader has made the decision that something is beyond my ability, he/she has the final say on participation.

I accept that trip leaders cannot be held liable for injury to myself, or damage or loss of possessions.
