🎅Canolo Secret Santa🤶

Ho Ho Ho everyone! Hopefully, you will have begun doing some present shopping for the upcoming festive season (and not leaving it until Dec 24th...) so we thought it would be the perfect time to announce the Canoe and Polo secret Santa!

Anyone can sign up at https://www.elfster.com/gift-exchanges/fbad024a-de25-40ed-b83a-903b7621e365/?join=zmjh so even if you're not attending the Xmas meal (😢) you can still take part! The price limit is set to £5.

Sign-ups will close Thursday 25th November! For those who are coming to the Xmas dinner, we will do the gift swap - and if you can't make it give your gift to Santas (Beth and Adi) and they'll ensure your pressie is given to the right person

Wednesday 24th November- Pub before Paddle!

Happy Sunday everyone!

This coming week, alongside circling and Skool Days on Saturday, we have also decided to add a social for everyone to enjoy on Wednesday.

From 6:30pm, we will be in the Dirty Duck (the pub on campus) grabbing some food and drinks before the canoe pool session! So feel free to drop by and join us before we head over to the sports hub at 8!

CANOE POLO SESSIONS THIS WEEK

Here are the times for Canoe Polo this week:

Tuesday- 20:30-22:00

Friday- 21:00- 22:00

Sunday- 10:00-12:00 (please note that this has been changed from our normal Saturday session for this week only)

Anyone is welcome to attend all these sessions, regardless of ability!

There is a mistake on the Warwick Sport website, it's says tonight's session is canoe polo. This is wrong it is a canoe session as normal. If you are unable to book on let one of the exec know and we will let you through the barriers.

Week 7 Social - The Wave

Next weeks social is going to be ‘The Wave’. ‘What is the wave?’ I hear you ask…. Well it’s an indoor water park in Coventry and is a chance to experience some warm rapids (for once

)

Day Trip to River Dee

Afternoon paddlers,

We will be running a day trip to the River Dee on the 21st November. The cost of this is £16 per person. As it is a day trip it will be an early start and we will be returning to campus in the evening.

This is a perfect opportunity to work on your paddling skills on moving water.

This coming weeks social is in a different location as we will be heading to Coventry to play some laser tag! If you would like to attend click ‘going’ on the Facebook event and don’t forget to book your own ticket online here: https://www.laserquestcoventry.co.uk

Student (3 games) for £8.95

Remember, to attend you must have booked your own ticket! And can either meet us there or join us and get the bus from the university interchange at around 6pm!

Due to the lack of members available for tomorrow's canoe polo pool session, we have been forced to cancel it. Apologies for this, but we are opening up tonight's pool session from 9-10, to anyone who wants to come instead.
